Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SELF Discovery collects when you visit this site or purchase a Discovery, how it is used, and the choices you have. SELF Discovery is operated by Charline Fernanda Reidel, trading as FLY (CNPJ 37.969.960/0001-74), Rua São João, 77, Centro, São José do Inhacorá – RS, 98958-000, Brazil (“we”, “us”). What we collect

• Identity & contact — your name and email address, which you provide at checkout and on your welcome page.
• Payment details — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and your billing email.
• Assessment responses — the answers you give in the three SELF assessments, and the reports generated from them.
• Basic technical data — standard server and hosting logs (for security and reliability). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

• To deliver your SELF Discovery — hosting the assessments and generating your Coach Brief and Discovery Profile.
• To prepare for and schedule your private one-on-one session.
• To send you transactional emails (your welcome email, receipts, and session logistics).
• To keep the service secure and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train external models or for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small set of trusted providers, strictly to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — generates your reports from your assessment responses.
• Resend — delivers our emails.
• Vercel — hosts the website and its secure functions.

Some of these providers operate outside your country, so your data may be processed internationally under appropriate safeguards. Your assessment responses are used only to produce your own reports.

How long we keep it

We keep your Discovery data for as long as needed to deliver your session and support your journey — up to 24 months after your session — and thereafter only where tax or legal rules require. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask to access, correct, anonymise, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email charline@flygenteegestao.com.br and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your confidential Coach Brief is generated and emailed on our secure server and is never exposed in your browser. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission is ever completely secure.

Children

SELF Discovery is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
