Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of SELF Discovery and the SELF Journey, operated by Charline Fernanda Reidel, trading as FLY (CNPJ 37.969.960/0001-74). By purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

What you are buying

• SELF Discovery — access to three validated assessments and a private 90-minute one-on-one session, along with the reports generated from your responses.
• SELF Journey — a 12-month personalised development program including comprehensive assessments, 10 private coaching sessions, and ongoing progress support.

Not therapy or medical care

SELF is a method for personal development. It is not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Every insight in your reports is a starting point for reflection and conversation, not a clinical conclusion. If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological care, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in Canadian dollars (CA$) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet attended your one-on-one session. Once the session has taken place, the Discovery is non-refundable. To request a refund, email charline@flygenteegestao.com.br.

Scheduling your session

After purchase you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to begin and to schedule your one-on-one session. We ask that you complete the three assessments before the session so it can be as valuable as possible. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your responsibilities

• You are 18 or older.
• You provide honest, accurate responses — the value of your Discovery depends on it.
• You keep your reports and session content for your own personal use.

Intellectual property

The SELF name, method, assessments, and report formats are our intellectual property. Your personalised reports are provided for your own personal use; the underlying frameworks and materials remain ours and may not be resold or redistributed.

Confidentiality

What you share in your assessments and session is treated as confidential and used only to support your own development, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of SELF is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on your reports or sessions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the district of São José do Inhacorá – RS, Brazil.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
